First Light Festival is a free, multi-arts festival that invites you to experience creativity from the first glow of sunrise to the last glimmer of moonlight.

The stage will be situated on the Upper Esplanade roughly in front of St Mary’s Primary School, so close to Kensington Gardens and near the food stalls, so we anticipate good sized audiences for this new stage.

“Just an Addict” was written in 2022 about a time in my life where I chose harmful company over being lonely, and regretted it.

The track was recorded and produced in 2025 with Leeds-based producer James Grunwell, who helped me to sculpt an intimate, honest track.

So grateful to share that Laundry was played on BBC Introducing Essex & Cambridge by the wonderful Matt Plum — love him!

This song came from a place of reflection and healing and it truly means a lot to hear it getting radio play 💛

Unsavable” is the third single from my debut EP, Behavioral, and it’s out everywhere now.

I wrote this one during a moment where everything felt like it was collapsing in on itself — a time filled with doubt and disconnect, when I was just trying to find some kind of light.

I actually wrote it several years ago, and when I hear it now, it surprises me how low I was back then. Things can change so much in just a couple of years — my life feels completely different now. All I’d say is: don’t despair. Things really do change for the better.

It’s incredibly exciting to have Bottle Caps played by Matt Plumb on BBC Introducing Essex & Cambridgeshire! I’m truly grateful for the support, and it’s given me such a boost of motivation. Here’s hoping more tracks get the chance to be featured on this iconic station—feeling inspired!

“Bottle Caps,” the second single from my debut EP Behavioral, is out now.

This track continues the journey of the EP — it’s about losing yourself in someone else and slowly finding your balance again. Some people come into our lives not to be saved, but to remind us of who we are and what life’s about.

This one’s for anyone who’s learned how to stand steady in the middle of the chaos and then when to move on.

“Laundry” is the first track I’m releasing from my debut EP, Behavioral. It opens the project in a really personal way — capturing the quiet aftermath of love and all the memories that stick around long after you think they should’ve faded.

Some feelings just don’t disappear; they sit in the background of everyday life and pop up when you least expect them. But in all that mess of memory, there’s also a soft kind of strength — the courage to let go, and to start healing.
